I really wish I had my camera for this one! But, unfortunately I was not expecting my daughter to enjoy holding a cockroach, so I came unprepared!
Yesterday at home school group we had a gentleman come from Wil-Kil pest control and he brought in some termites and a large....very large cockroach that he named Bessy. Lily loved it, she let it crawl all over her hand and up her arm....I being mom was disgusted indeed, but for the sake of home schooling and her not getting discouraged from my reaction held all my feelings in and smiled...big, proud and encouraged her all I could.
Ohhhh the sacrifices we make for our children LOL:) YUCK!!
